Gauge
5 sts x 7 rounds = 2 in (5 cm)

Small 3 in (7.7 cm)
Medium (4 in/10 cm)
Large 5 in (12.7 cm)
Alternatively, work increases until desired circumference is reached.

End increases here for smallest size.
