Pattern purchases are sent as soon as payment is confirmed. Check your e-mail's marketing and spam folders if you don't see an email from me in your inbox.

Physical products are sent within 2 business days and a tracking number is sent to your email as soon as I purchase the shipping label.

I try to answer all questions I'm sent, regardless of who designed the pattern. That said, I'm limited in what I can do if I don't know the pattern. In those cases, I may redirect you to the original designer.
