Downloadable content is non-refundable and cancellations are not permitted. Please read the description of the product fully to ensure you are purchasing the correct pattern for you.
Virtual products (classes, workshops, meetings) are non refundable. If you need to reschedule an appointement, you must let me know in writing at least 24 hours prior to its start.
Physical products* may be refunded within six 6 months of purchase only if returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If your order is damaged upon reception, contact ACCROchet by e-mail and include a photo (photos) of the item as it was received in order that we may reach a mutually satisfying resolution. ACCROchet is not responsible for product damaged during shipping but will work with you in order that we may reach a mutually satisfying resolution.
*Furls products have a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, which is separate from and shorter than the warranty offered on Furls’ direct-to-consumer purchases. All other physical product return conditions apply.
Servises (translation, tech editing, coaching, etc) are payable no later than 15 working days after reception of your monthly invoice. For a detailed quote, send me an email.
Service agreements are subject to the specific conditions listed in their technical sheet on our website and/or in our confirmation e-mail and/or in our conversations after purchase.
Any service agreement entered into with ACCROchet is subject to the conditions listed in its description on our website, as well as to any conditions defined in our later written conversations.
