The 25 000 hats project was born on November 18.
Behind it, one woman & one idea: to warm the bodies & hearts of the 25,000 Syrian refugees Canada will be taking in by year's end through the love only a handmade item contains.
The movement is rapidly growing. Mont-Tricot published a list of places to send your hats to on her website. I'm part of this as a depot for Deux-Montagnes & surrounding areas.

I sincerely hope that the Syrians fleeing a desperate situation will feel how welcome they are through our stitches.
