What’s this: This is Milky Way capelet, designed for the Classic October Yarnbox.
Why should I make this: Crocheted with 100% milk protein fiber, this capelet will dress up any spaghetti strap dress or tank top, making them work a little bit further into the year. Or wear it as a cowl!
When will this get the most use: Whenever your shoulders want some more coverage.

Where do I start: This pattern is rated Intermediate - you’ll need to know or be eager to learn the basic crochet stitches. You will need 200g of dk weight yarn (used here, Bellatrista Milk Yarn) & a 3.75 mm hook. Other notions: a button (I used one from my friends at Trukerie), a yarn needle, and some stitch markers.
