Notes
It is important to check your gauge. See previous page for how to confirm you are on the right track! Foot length and sock height are entirely adjustable. Amount of yarn required will vary according to these adjustments. This stitch pattern is an absolute yarn eater.
Each 2 round repeat adds ½ in (1.5 cm)
Your yarn choice needs to include NYLON in order for your socks to be durable.
Before starting, reserve 20 g of yarn for heels.
Starting chains do not count as the first stitch in this pattern.
Socks are crocheted from the toe up, with an afterthought heel.
Toe and Heel are worked in continuous rounds; Foot and Leg are worked in joined, turned rounds; Border is worked in joined rounds, unturned.
Place markers (PM) as indicated and move up them up as you work:
• At Toe increases (2 stitches in same stitch), move the marker into the first stitch
of the increase.
• At Heel decrease, move the marker into the stitch created by the decrease.
